Network of Infection Control - Translational and Innovative Research

UWE BristolThe Network of Infection Control - Translational and Innovative Research, is an initiative of the University of the West of England, Bristol, to enable members to work together to drive forward research ideas and maximise funding potential for research relating to translational and innovative research in the area of infection.

infectionThe network was formed in 2007 and draws together members from academia, the NHS and industry to form collaborations, in order to bid for funding for research in the areas of Translational Infection and Health Innovations and Technologies.

The network integrates a broad range of expertise from molecular biology, health training, economics, computer networking and clinical medicine. We aim to bring together a group of varied and diverse researchers to form an interdisciplinary and productive partnership, combining their expertise to focus on solving research questions that are aimed at making a significant clinical and public health impact.
